Consent to Electronic Signatures and Communications
Effective date: October 6, 2026
1. Consent to do business electronically
By clicking to accept, you agree that your electronic acceptances, clicks, and signatures within Travera have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and satisfy any requirement that a record be signed or in writing, consistent with the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
2. Electronic delivery of communications
You agree that Travera and your Organization may provide agreements, notices, disclosures, policy updates, consents, and other communications ("Communications") to you electronically — by displaying them in the Service, by email, or, where you have opted in, by SMS — rather than on paper.
3. Records of your acceptance
When you accept a document, we record the document, its version, the date and time, your IP address, and your device information as evidence of acceptance. You may request a copy of your acceptance records from your Organization administrator or at privacy@traveraapp.com.
4. Hardware and software
To access and retain Communications electronically, you need a current web browser, an email account, and a device able to view and download PDF or web content. You should keep your email address current in your profile.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting support@greyridgehq.com; however, because the Service is provided electronically, withdrawing consent may mean you can no longer use the Service. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of electronic records created before withdrawal.
6. Updating your contact information
Keep your email and (if applicable) mobile number accurate in your profile so we can deliver Communications.
