How to Opt In to SMS Alerts

Opt-in happens inside the Travera app

Travera SMS alerts are optional and are sent only to users who opt in. There is no way to subscribe from this website — consent is collected from inside the Travera app, from a box that is unchecked by default.

Log in to Travera.
Go to Profile and open SMS Alerts.
Enter your mobile number.
Check the consent box — it is unchecked by default — and save. You will only receive messages after you have checked the box.

What you will receive

Only users who opt in receive messages. Messages are internal operational alerts for hotel employees and managers — shift pass-along notes, guest complaint alerts, and the daily flash report. No marketing messages are sent. Message frequency varies, and msg & data rates may apply.
